Ben founded the company over three and a half years ago, entering the industry with no prior experience of how things were traditionally done. Rather than seeing this as a disadvantage, it allowed him to create his own way of working – one built around customer care, community support, and going the extra mile.
From charitable donations and recycling initiatives to bin collections, house clearances, and waste removal, Ben has developed a business that focuses on providing a complete and caring service for customers.
Before starting the company, Ben spent more than 12 years working as an estate agent. This experience gave him a detailed understanding of how properties should be presented and left, as well as what homeowners, buyers, tenants, and agents expect throughout the process.
Always willing to help wherever he can, Ben takes a unique approach to customer service. His focus isn’t simply on completing a job; it’s about supporting people through what can often be challenging situations. This caring and personal approach has become one of the defining values of the company and something customers regularly appreciate.
Passionate, driven, and customer-focused, Ben continues to lead the business with the same hands-on attitude and commitment that it was founded on.
Meet Natasha Wheeler
Natasha is not only at the heart of our company but has been instrumental in its journey from day one. As Ben’s partner and one of the driving forces behind the business, she has helped shape the company into what it is today.
Tash is the friendly, reliable, and authentic face behind many of our house clearance quotations, often being one of the first points of contact for our customers. She plays a vital role in maintaining relationships with returning clients and helps keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her caring nature, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping people make her an invaluable part of the team. If you’re lucky enough to meet Tash, you’ll quickly see that her enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication to customer care are second to none.
